*Lifetime warranty covers the Ergo Chef knives from any manufacturer’s defects and workmanship. Any problems you encounter with the steel blade or plastic POM handle will be evaluated by Ergo Chef, LLC for replacement. In order to have your product evaluated for replacement, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number. To do so, please email customerervice@ergochef.com. Upon review, if the product is determined defective, we will send you a replacement. You will only be charged for shipping and handling of the product to and from Ergo Chef, LLC.

** 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: We at Ergo Chef believe our products to be superior in quality, craftsmanship and user-functionality. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of purchase to the retailer from whom you bought the product.
