Executive Knife Sharpening Service - Turn around time is only 2-3 business days to make your knives supreme cutting tools with our Pro edge system from our man Darren Deezel. Send us in your dull knives upto 10" Blades, by wrapping them in cardboard & securing with tape for safe shipping. Place them in a box and ship them to Ergo Chef via. Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Lowest cost is usually Priority Mail through USPS. When we receive them we will inspect the blades & begin the knife sharpening process. We will sharpen them to perfection and ship them back to you via. Fed-Ex Smart Post or USPS Ground (Shipping included in price).

Feel free to send us an image of your knife via. customerservice@ergochef.com for our professional opinion and a cost for special work to fix heavily damaged blades or tips.

We do not sharpen blades over 10 inches long.
