How to use this Service:   After a year you can gather your dull knives and call Ergo Chef for instructions or Simply pack and Ship knives into Ergo Chef sharpening address following the packing instructions.

Packing instructions:

You must pack each knife safely with paper and or cardboard. The Cardboard core of a Paper Towel Roll usually works well over each blade.  Then wrap each knife in paper and place in a secure sturdy box. Pack box with paper so knives do not move around at all. They must be packed tight so knives do not move and break through the box.

USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground service is recommended, and please insure the shipment as we are not responsible for lost or damaged knives from shipping.

This service does not include shipping cost to and from Ergo Chef’s sharpening facility, and is only for Ergo Chef knives purchased at time of ordering this sharpening service. Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for our professional sharpening service to complete your knives and call to collect return shipping cost.

This service cannot be purchased for previously bought Ergo Chef knives and cannot transfer to other knives.

Not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please include insurance value of your knives with your order and insure your shipment to Ergo Chef.
