This Primo Knife Sharpening Service is easy...We Ship you a box, packing material and edge guards and a return label. You simply pack your dull knives with our packing material and guards. Turn around time is only 2 business days to make your knives supreme cutting tools with our Pro edge system. Dont neglect your knives. Did you know they should be professionally sharpened once every 1-2 years. This keeps them in tip top shape. Mail-in your dull knives and cutlery with chipped blades up to 14" long, by wrapping them securely with the supplies provided for safe shipping. Place them in the box and place return label on box. Depending on how we ship you simply Drop off UPS or USPS Mail room location. When we receive your knives we will inspect the blades & begin the knife sharpening process. We will sharpen your straight edge knife blade to perfection and ship them back to you via. UPS Ground (Shipping included in price).
Feel free to send us an image of your knife to [email protected] for our professional opinion and a cost for special work to fix heavily damaged blades or broken tips. We can re-shape broken blades and fix small broken tips at no extra charge with this service.
NOTE: PLEASE list the knife styles, & sizes - total Length x Width, & values in the comments box at checkout! Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your knives after receipt. Please list total value of the knives.
Note: We do not sharpen blades over 14 inches long.
Important: Ergo Chef is not responsible for lost packages, so we insure your knives based on the value you provide. Anything over $500 will be additionally charged for insurance cost.
