  3. Why don’t he ever compete on beat Bobby flay,or chopped celebrity style like all the others do.

  4. Why do chefs always want acid in dishes? There’s only one person that I have ever met that wants acid on everything.

    1. The acid helps to tenderize proteins but must complement the food you’re serving. So the right acid is also key as it can add mouthwatering flavor to the food.
