Great knife. The blade: It’s sharp right out of the box, has just the right amount of flex and is easy to maneuver around bones. The tip is easy to get into those tight spots and slices really well. The handle: Fits my hand perfectly. No slipping because of the material. You can tell some thought was put into this grip. I love it. The quality: The price of this knife is fantastic. It seems very durable to me but only time will tell. For the cost and quality, you just can’t go wrong with this Pordigy line of knives. I’ll be making more purchases from this company.
