Chef Gear 5 Piece Edge Guard Set made from durbale ABS plastic and designed to protect your knife edges and fingers.

These fit over almost all knives and are a must have when storing your knives in a kitchen drawer or roll bag.  

The 4 inch Pink edge guard covers smaller paring knives or utility knives. The 7.5 inch Red edge guard is for larger Utility, Boning or Fillet knives. The 6 inch Green edge guard is for a smaller Chef knife or Santoku knife. The 8 inch Orange edge guard is for a carving knife or serrated bread knife and the 8 inch Blue edge guard is for a Chef knife or a larger Santoku style knife.
