We just stepped off the plane from Chicago, where we attended the 2010 International Home + Housewares Show. If we’re allowed to say it (and I think we can because it’s our blog), our booth was probably the coolest one there. We pulled out all of the stops—we gave away limited edition Knuckle Sandwich shirts, red and blue Ergo Chef water bottles and had more chopping demos than a karate class. Lucky for us, we also had our man Guy Fieri with us for the day on Sunday. With his help, we drew huge crowds of people looking for photos, autographs and peek at the newest Knuckle Sandwich knives.
We also helped host the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) Fundraiser with Guy and our distributor, Harold Import Company. C-CAP works with public schools across the country to prepare underserved high school students for college and career opportunities in the restaurant and hospitality industries. Students prepped and served Fieri-inspired meals like spring rolls and chili brownies (really, really good) to the crowd while we all rocked out to DJ Chef Marc Weiss and The Joe Moss Band.
Check out photos from the show in our gallery.

Hey Guys!
Love your new website…but I don’t love it more than my Ergo Chef knives!
Awesome plug you posted by Jay Leno. I think you need to meet him someday too.
Keep going…
