Includes a 8″ Chef knife, 8″ Offset Bread knife, 6″ Boning knife, and a 4″ Paring knife, Kitchen Shears & a 10″ Diamond sharpener to keep all the knives razor sharp. Edge Guards are included to protect the knives in the 9 Pocket Soft Roll Bag. Comes with a shoulder strap for easy transporting & 3 garnish tools (Melon Baller, Channel knife & Peeler), 9″ DUO Tong & our digital water resistant meat thermometer. The knives have been tested & passed rigid NSF testing and have comfortable ergonomic non-slip grip handles for safety & less strain. Knives are made from carbon steel 5Cr15MoV for durability, long edge life & easy maintenance.
