Ergo Chef CRIMSON Series G10 knife kit is forged from high quality German X50CrMoV15 Steel for low maintenance and durability.  The kit includes all the knives needed for your cooking and food prep. An 8″ Chef knife, 7″ Santoku, 8″ Offset Bread knife, 6″ Utility/Boning knife, and a 3.5″ Paring knife. A 10″ Diamond sharpener to keep all the knives razor sharp with just a few light passes. 5 Chef Gear edge guards are included to protect the knives. You also get 4 garnishing tools which include a round & oval Melon Baller, Channel Knife & a Straight Peeler.  All items fit neatly into the 9 Pocket Roll Bag with shoulder strap for easy transportation.
