Very sturdy

I purchased the knife block and 6″ utility knife after my daughter gave me the paring knife.
The balance and comfort of the handle compared to lighter weight knives gives me a sense of better control.
The 18 ” angle was out of my maintenance norm, but the carbine/ceramic fixed edge sharpener has kept the edges sharp and durable.
