I purchased the previous version of this knife a few months ago (with the black handle) and it quickly became my favorite knife to use! I have other quality chef’s knives but this one is my favorite. I love this type of knife as the specific type of steel used is same as 440A that is used of high end quality knifes and scissors.
In my case I want to take it camping and I need a sheath.

I like all three knives. Only down fall was no protective sheath came with them. Had to order so they are in the box until then. They should have sheaths to protect the edges.
