I ordered this knife set not knowing what to expect since the price was very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality! The knives are very sturdy and sharp. I feel like a real chef when using them, but the price is very reasonable. I will be ordering more from Ergochef!

I bought these knives for one purpose: to debone and then dice a Costco roasted chicken to feed my old dog.
After some research, it appeared the handles on the knives would provide a good grip when my hands were greasy from handling the chicken.
The knives worked extremely well. I had no issues with any of them slipping. I also felt that the grips were very comfortable in the hand.

After the experience with them on the chicken, I tried them with other tasks. They performed admirably.
