This Ergo Chef variety pack of Universal knife edge guards are designed to protect your fingers and knife edges from damage while storing in a drawer or knife roll bag. The variety of colors help differentiate your knives for quickly finding the right knife and come in the sizes to fit most commonly used knives.

The 4-inch Pink edge guard covers smaller paring knives or utility knives. The 7.5-inch Red edge guard is for larger Utility, Boning or Fillet knives. The 6-inch Green edge guard is for a smaller Chef knife or Santoku knife. The 8-inch Orange edge guard is for a carving knife or serrated bread knife and the 8-inch Blue edge guard is for a Chef knife or a larger Santoku-style knife.
