
Welcome to Chop Talk, the official blog of Ergo Chef!  We’re going to do our best to pour our foodie knowledge and our engineering expertise into our posts, but please contact us if there’s anything you’d like to hear from us.  We’re kind of new to this blogging thing and we’re bound to run out of topics (or at least get fed up of our own).
As we type, we’re gearing up for the Housewares Show that’s happening THIS WEEKEND in Chicago.  There will be over 2,000 exhibitors in attendance, but we think we have a good shot of standing out with Guy Fieri by our side.  We know that most of you can’t attend (though we’d love to see you there), so we thought we’d give you a SNEAK preview of our new line of knives.
We can’t say too much because the national launch is Sunday, but we can say this: by the time we’re through developing the Knuckle Sandwich line, you probably won’t need any other tools in your kitchen.  The Chef’s knife and utility knives are out now, but there’s a whole line (and knife block!) of the red, black and silver knives on the horizon.  Barbeque season, beware: Knuckle Sandwich knife-wielding chefs are coming for you.
