I was at a celebrity chef tasting event recently and learned that G10 Knifes are the way to go. I also learned that we really only need a chef knife, paring knife and a serrated knife to have complete function in the kitchen. The rest just takes up space. So that is what I purchased. The angle of the handle on this chef knife is perfect. The knives are well balanced. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
