I’m sold on Ergo Chef. It’s pretty clear that this company has put in the effort to make knives that are great in the hand, sharp as hell and high quality and I’m talking about the less expensive Prodigy series. I now have the paring, chef, boning and bread knives. I’m rebuilding my kitchen with Ergo Chef. Well done!

Thank you Tom! Keep Cookin’! Tips you may know: Always hand wash and dry after use. Always use a plastic, wood or bamboo cutting board as these are easier on your knives edge and will not dull them as fast as other surfaces.

I love this knife! Considering the price, I wasn’t expecting it to be high quality, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is very sharp and slices veggies and garlic very thin.

I love this knife! I’ve never really been big on paring knives, but I’ve also never had one this sharp. It is easy to handle and slices veggies and garlic very thin. I highly recommend this for every kitchen!
