Prodigy 14pc Cutlery Block Set

The Ergo Chef 15pc. PRODIGY SERIES Cutlery knife block set comes with the 8″ Chef knife for cutting all your vegetables & fruit. Note: No Santoku in this set.  A 8″ offset serrated bread knife for slicing your breads and cakes. A 6″ wide boning knife for chicken and meat clean up, a 7.5″ flexible fish fillet knife, and a 4″ Paring knife for your small peeling & cutting tasks. There is a 10″ Diamond Sharpener for keeping all the knives razor sharp, and a Multi-Function come-apart kitchen shear and 6 steak knives which all fit neatly in the 16 slot block. The 6 steak knives are precision ground with our wide D serrated edge and have a full tang & triple rivet handle for durability. The non-slip Prodigy kitchen knives all have a full tang under the TPR non-slip handle for strength and balance, keeping you in control.  Dishwasher Safe, but hand washing is recommended on all knives.
