This PRODIGY 6″ Boning knife has a precision sharp blade with slight flexibility allowing you to easily follow bones when separating a chicken and cutting ribs or fish. The non-slip handle helps you maintain control as you handle raw foods that are oily and wet, making the task easier and safer.

Handle Material: 95 Durometer TPR for a solid feel and non-slip grip seamless molded for bacteria control.

Bolsterless: The one-piece full tang stamped blade design provides for easy sharpening of the whole blade. The tang runs inside the handle and follows the shape all the way back to the finger groove on the bottom of the handle for better balance, feel and durability.
